Bloom Member Application

The Hatchery Chicago is a vibrant ecosystem supporting food and beverage entrepreneurs by offering comprehensive guidance, essential tools, and networking opportunities. Our incubator provides a collaborative environment where culinary dreams can thrive, addressing unique industry challenges with mentorship and expert advice. Through workshops, networking events, and funding access, we empower members to flourish and bring delicious creations to life within our community-focused space.

To Be Considered

Bloom Members must have operated their business for over a year, demonstrating their ability to navigate business challenges, and consistently earning over $10,000 in annual revenue. 

Membership requirements include disclosing financial records, participating in relevant events, completing an Economic Impact Survey annually, acting as brand ambassadors for ICNC | The Hatchery + Make City, and conducting at least two business check-ins per year. Please read our Membership Page for additional information before applying.

To apply for Bloom Membership at The Hatchery Chicago, we require a $25 application fee. This application fee is non-refundable. Not all applications are guaranteed membership. Please email [email protected] or call 312-283-5723 with any questions.
