Sprout Member Application

The Hatchery Chicago is a vibrant ecosystem supporting food and beverage entrepreneurs by offering comprehensive guidance, essential tools, and networking opportunities. Our incubator provides a collaborative environment where culinary dreams can thrive, addressing unique industry challenges with mentorship and expert advice. Through workshops, networking events, and funding access, we empower members to flourish and bring delicious creations to life within our community-focused space.

To Be Considered

Sprout Members are emerging businesses with under $10,000 in revenue, businesses are Chicagoland-based, or recent graduates of the incubation program. They hold membership for up to their first year of operation. Requirements include a willingness to disclose financial records for business coaching, participation in relevant events or programs, Completion of the annual Economic Impact Survey, conducting a minimum of two business check-ins annually, and acting as brand ambassadors for ICNC | The Hatchery + Make City. To apply for Sprout Membership at The Hatchery, we require a $25 application fee. This application fee is non-refundable. Not all applications are guaranteed membership.
